Rosa Martha Desentis for more than 30 years has been dedicated to research in the science of food, started with fresh tropical fruit studying its conservation, later with probiotic microorganisms, also antioxidant enzymes to form polymers with great antioxidant effect. For 3 years she has been researching GMO, especially seeds, from a bioethical perspective. Most countries seek to follow the same rules of control and prevention for the consumption of foods derived from GMO in order to avoid any risk to human health or the environment. Evaluations should not only start from an economic base, but from the care of the most important capital of humanity, which is the human product and the ecology that sustains it.

Pedro Morouço is a very enthusiastic and provoking early-career researcher. Currently, is the Head of R&D Biofabrication Group at the Centre for Rapid and Sustainable Product Development – Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, Portugal. He is the Principal Investigator of “2bio4cartilage – Integrated intervention program for prevention and treatment of cartilage lesions; POCI-01-0145-FEDER-023423 co-financed COMPETE2020 under PT2020 programme, and supported by FEDER”, and his research activity focuses, mostly, on products and processes engineering, aiming to bringing the gap between the lab and in vivo applications. In the last years, he has been invited to collaborate in several national and international projects, providing a significant income for the Biofabrication Group (currently has 8 grant-holders). Despite his young age, he has co-edited books, authored and co-authored more than 200 scientific works, is member of the scientific committees in various conferences, member of the Advisory Board on TERM for Cambridge Scholars Publishing, and editorial member and reviewer of various journals. His work has been presented as a Keynote speaker in Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine 2016 (Manchester, UK), Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine 2016 (Berlin) and 2017 (Barcelona), and International Conference on Advances in Skin, Wound Care and Tissue Science 2017 (Frankfurt). Above all, Pedro is a humble researcher that understand the values of working as a team. Natural leader to reinforce the strengths and bridge weaknesses of his R&D group, developing new ideas and thinking outside the box. Finally, Pedro is aware of the role of science for society awareness. Thus, he developed skills to be able to reach wider audiences (2 awards in the National Science Communications Contests and representative of Portugal in an international event, Winner of The Publishing Method competition by the American Journal Experts, 2017, was distinguished with the New Investigator Award 2014 and Hans Gros Emerging Researcher Award 2017 from ISBS, Prestigious Award 2017 by the Leiria City-hall and named one of the Personalities for 2017 by the regional press).

Earned MD degrees at Westhill University and the National Autonomous University of Mexico as a Médico Cirujano. In addition, has diplomas in aesthetic medicine from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, as an Advance Fellow by the American Board of AntiAging and Regenerative Medicine, visiting scholar at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in dermatology. Elena G Gonzalez is a creative, critical, and analytical researcher with an ability to conceptualize complex problems.Her research program focuses on the study of evolutionary biology, adaptive traits and origin of species diversity by combining the use of molecular systematic and proteomic-base data as analytical tools. Over the past few years, I have made progress in unravelling the evolutionary history, biogeography and population genetics of a variety of vertebrate groups. The recent use of methodologies based on 2-DE, DIGE and mass spectrometry provided the identification of candidate protein biomarkers related to environmental changes and protein variation among. With multidisciplinary studies on the use of metagenomics (high throughput sequencing, microarrays and genotyping) and proteomics (differences in protein expression analysis) methodologies, They have gained an understanding of the forces that shape genetic structure in the wild and how such structure may influence adaptation. I have excellent communication and organizational skills and an ability to work independently or in a team to deliver on schedule and on budget; the result of over 15 years of experience as a research scientist. She is growing professionally while contributing to and enhancing science research in an international environment.

Dr Sergey Suchkov, MD, PhD was born in 11.01.1957, a researcher-immunologist, a clinician, graduated from Astrakhan State Medical University, Russia, in 1980. Suchkov has been trained at the Institute for Medical Enzymology, The USSR Academy of Medical Sciences, National Center for Immunology (Russia), NIH, Bethesda, USA, and British Society forImmunology to cover 4 British university facilities. Since 2005, Dr Suchkov has been working as Professor of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University and of A.I.Evdokimov Moscow State Medical & Dental University. From 2007, Suchkov is the First Vice-President and Dean of School of PPPM Politics and Management of the University of World Politics and Law. In 1991-1995, Dr Suchkov was a Scientific Secretary-in-Chief of the Editorial Board of the Interna-tional Journal“Biomedical Science” (Russian Academy of Sciences and Royal Society of Chemistry, UK) and TheInternational Publishing Bureau at the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Dr. Alireza Heidari, Ph.D., D.Sc. is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Chemistry. He has got his Ph.D. and D.Sc. degrees form California South University (CSU), Irvine, California, USA. Furthermore, he has double postdocs in Project Management and also in Nanochemistry and Molecular Structure Theory. His research interests are Biophysical Chemistry, Nanochemistry, Quantum Chemistry, Biomolecular and Vibrational Spectroscopy, Molecular Modeling and Structure, Theoretical, Computational and Mathematical Chemistry, Ab initio and Density Functional Methods. He has participated at more than fifty reputed international conferences, seminars, congresses, symposiums and forums around the world as yet. Also, he possesses many published articles in Science Citation Index (SCI)/International Scientific Indexing (ISI) Journals.
